Amgen (Nasdaq AMGN) announced positive topline results from a Phase 3 trial evaluating Vectibix((R) )(panitumumab) in combination with FOLFIRI (an irinotecanbased chemotherapy) as a secondline treatment in 1,186 patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC).
